Because our products are downloadable software with immediate delivery and license keys, refunds are limited once a license key has been issued and/or download accessed.
When we may refund
- Duplicate charge or technical failure preventing delivery
- Product materially not as described and we cannot remedy within a reasonable time
- Where required under Australian Consumer Law
How to request
Contact nathan@ntrgroup.com.au with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Include the reason and whether the license was activated.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in license revocation.
